Overview

This Blood Pressure Health Assessment tool records systolic, diastolic, and optional pulse values, then provides BP stage results, pulse pressure, MAP, local history tracking, trend statistics, and CSV export for daily home monitoring.

How to Use

  1. Enter systolic and diastolic values, and pulse if available.
  2. Select measurement time, state, posture, and measured arm.
  3. Click "Evaluate" to view current stage and guidance.
  4. Click "Add Record" to save the data locally.
  5. Manage records in history, delete single items, or export CSV.

BP Stage Rules

  • Normal: systolic < 120 and diastolic < 80.
  • Elevated: systolic 120-129 and diastolic < 80.
  • Stage 1: systolic 130-139 or diastolic 80-89.
  • Stage 2: systolic >= 140 or diastolic >= 90.
  • Crisis: systolic >= 180 or diastolic >= 120.

Metrics Explained

  • Pulse Pressure: systolic minus diastolic.
  • Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP): approximate value from (systolic + 2 x diastolic) / 3.
  • Trend Chart: visualizes the latest 10 records to show variation direction.
