Measure at the narrowest point above the navel.

Measure around the widest hip point.

Upper Arm

Relax arm and measure at the thickest point.

Thigh

Measure near upper thigh at the thickest area.

Calf

Measure around the widest calf point.

Measure at the same time each week and log workout, diet, and sleep changes.

What Is Body Measurement Tracker

Body Measurement Tracker records neck, chest, waist, hip, and limb circumferences, then calculates WHR and WHtR automatically. You can keep records locally, review trends, and export CSV backups anytime.

How To Use

  1. Select a measurement date and unit (cm or in).
  2. Enter circumference values, then add height, weight, and notes if needed.
  3. Click "Save Record" to store data in local history.
  4. Click any history item to view details, ratio analysis, and trends.
  5. Use import/export to move data with CSV or JSON files.
