What This Tool Does

Child Growth Curve Assessment estimates height percentile, weight percentile, and growth status from age, sex, height, and weight for home tracking and checkup comparison.

How To Use

  1. Select boy or girl.
  2. Enter age in months, height in cm, and weight in kg.
  3. Results update automatically after input and show percentile ranges, curve positions, and interpretation.

How To Read Results

  • Values near P50 are usually close to the median of same-age peers.
  • If results stay below P3 or above P97 over time, consider professional follow-up.
  • Trend over multiple records is usually more meaningful than a single measurement.

Notes

  • The calculator uses a simplified reference model and is for home use only.
  • Measurement timing and method can affect values; use consistent conditions.
  • It does not replace professional diagnosis, physical examination, or formal chart interpretation.
