What It Does

Corporate Financial Health Assessor evaluates key financial ratios and returns a composite score, risk levels, and practical improvement suggestions. It is useful for monthly reviews, budget meetings, and pre-financing internal checks.

Core Metrics and Formulas

  • Current Ratio = Current Assets / Current Liabilities
  • Debt Ratio = Total Liabilities / Total Assets x 100%
  • Net Profit Margin = Net Profit / Revenue x 100%
  • Return on Equity = Net Profit / Shareholder Equity x 100%
  • Gross Margin = (Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold) / Revenue x 100%

How to Use
