What This Tool Does

Health Habit Check-in Tracker records daily habit completion, tracks streak days, shows achievement badges, and provides weekly review metrics to help build consistent wellness routines.

How to Use

  1. In "Today Habit Check-ins", click each habit card to mark complete or undo.
  2. In "Add Custom Habit", enter a name and short description to add your own habit.
  3. In "Streak Records", review weekly completed days and current streak.
  4. In "Achievement Badges", check milestone unlock status.
  5. Use "Weekly Statistics" and "Health Tip" to review execution and plan adjustments.
