Overview

Image Center Crop automatically crops from the visual center by target ratio, with batch upload, fixed-size output, and multi-format export for fast and consistent framing.

Key Features

  • Preset ratios: 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16, 3:2, 2:3, plus custom ratio.
  • Output modes: crop-area size, fixed width, or fixed height.
  • Export formats: source format, JPG, PNG, and WebP.
  • Single-image and batch workflows with direct local download.

Steps

  1. Upload images or a folder and pick an item in the queue.
  2. Configure ratio, output size mode, output format, and crop width ratio.
  3. Process current image in single mode, or process all in batch mode.
  4. Verify preview and download current output or all outputs.

Usage Tips

  • Start with preset ratios for common platform dimensions.
  • Validate one sample in single mode before running batch mode.
  • Lower crop width ratio to focus more tightly on center subjects.
  • Check output resolution before export to avoid oversized assets.

Use Cases

  • Keep ecommerce product images centered with consistent ratios.
  • Adapt social covers and post images to platform dimensions.
  • Create centered framing for ID photos and profile images.
  • Standardize media assets in batch workflows.

FAQ

  • Q: Why can output extension differ from source extension? A: If the browser cannot encode a selected format, it falls back to a supported type.
  • Q: Why does download-all return no files? A: Only processed items are exported, so run processing first.
  • Q: Are images uploaded? A: No, everything runs locally in your browser.

Privacy

Image reading, center crop, and export are performed locally in the browser. No image content is uploaded to a server.
