Documentation

Negative Image Restorer runs entirely in your browser to convert negative-looking images back to normal-looking colors. It supports batch processing and downloads for film scan cleanup, retouching checks, and design asset correction.

Main Features

  1. Upload JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WebP, SVG, or import folders in batch
  2. Restore negative-looking colors with RGB channel inversion while preserving image resolution
  3. Side-by-side source/result preview with per-image and batch downloads

How to Use

  1. Click "Choose Images" or drag files into the upload area
  2. Select an item in the list to preview
  3. Click "Convert Current" or use "Batch Convert" for all images
  4. Download the current result or download all generated results

Restore Rule

For each pixel channel R/G/B: new = 255 - old.

Notes

  1. This tool follows the local restore-color logic and only inverts RGB channels
  2. Resolution is preserved, while output is unified as JPG
  3. All processing happens locally in your browser without server upload

FAQ

  1. The core rule is the same as invert tools, but this page is organized for negative restoration workflow
  2. If a file cannot be read, check whether it is corrupted or unsupported
  3. Batch download only includes images that already have generated results
