Documentation

The PDF page replace and insert tool reorganizes PDF pages locally in your browser. You can insert selected pages from a source PDF into a target PDF, or replace one continuous target page range with source pages.

Features

  • Upload a target PDF and a source PDF.
  • Leave the source range empty to use all pages, or enter patterns like 1-3,8,10-.
  • Insert pages before the first page or after any target page.
  • Replace a single page, a closed range, or a range from one page to the end.
  • PDF reading, page copying, and export run locally in the browser.

Use Cases

  • Add missing attachment pages to contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Insert scanned pages into an existing PDF without rebuilding the whole file.
  • Replace outdated archive pages with newly scanned pages.

Notes

  • Encrypted PDFs may not be readable.
  • The target replace range must be continuous, while the source range can include multiple page blocks.
  • Check both uploaded files before generating the output PDF.
