The PDF Page Scale tool adjusts PDF page content or page dimensions by percentage in your browser. After uploading a file, choose a scale value, process all pages or a selected range, and keep the original page size or resize the page together with its content.

Main Features

  • Upload one PDF file and read its total page count.
  • Scale pages from 10% to 400%.
  • Process all pages or a selected range such as 1,3-5,8.
  • Keep the original page size while scaling page content.
  • Scale page dimensions and content together.
  • Set content alignment and blank-area background color.
  • Preview pages, switch pages, and zoom the preview before generating.
  • Generate and download the new PDF locally without uploading files.

How to Use

  1. Click the upload area to choose a PDF, or drag a PDF into it.
  2. Enter the scale percentage. Use 100 to keep the original size.
  3. Choose all pages or enter a selected page range.
  4. Choose the page mode. When keeping page size, set alignment and background color if needed.
  5. Use the preview area to switch pages and zoom in or out.
  6. Click generate, then download the scaled PDF.

Use Cases

  • Resize scanned content that is too large or too small.
  • Shrink page content before printing to leave room for notes or binding.
  • Make PDF pages from different sources look more consistent.
  • Enlarge or reduce selected pages before document submission.

Notes

  • Encrypted PDFs may need to be decrypted before processing.
  • When page size is kept and content is reduced, the page itself does not shrink. New blank space follows the alignment setting; center alignment increases blank space on both top and bottom.
  • Enlarged content may overflow page bounds when page size is kept.
  • Scaling page and content together changes the output page width and height.
  • Preview zoom only changes the on-screen view and does not change the output scale percentage.
  • Processing happens in the browser, and the current state is not kept after refresh.
