Documentation

The PDF Page Size Unifier standardizes PDF pages locally in your browser. Upload one PDF, choose A3, A4, A5, Letter, Legal, or a custom size, set orientation, margins, background color, and fit mode, then export a new PDF file.

Main Features

  • Upload one PDF file and read the page count.
  • Standardize all pages to a common paper size or custom dimensions.
  • Match each source page orientation automatically, or force portrait or landscape.
  • Use fit, fill and crop, stretch, or center placement.
  • Set margins and background fill color for blank areas.
  • Generate and download the new PDF locally without uploading files.

How To Use

  1. Choose a PDF from the upload area, or drag the file into it.
  2. Select the target paper, page orientation, and content fit mode.
  3. Choose custom size if you need specific width and height values.
  4. Set margins and background color when needed.
  5. Generate the unified PDF and download the result.

Use Cases

  • Normalize mixed scan page sizes before submission.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and reports for archiving.
  • Clean up PDFs created from multiple sources after merging.
  • Convert documents to Letter, Legal, A4, or a specified print size.

Notes

  • Encrypted PDFs may need to be decrypted before processing.
  • Fill and crop keeps aspect ratio but may cut edge content.
  • Stretch fills the page exactly and may distort the content.
  • Processing runs in the browser, and the current operation state is not kept after refresh.
