What are special symbols?
Special symbols are Unicode characters beyond common letters and digits, such as emoji, arrows, math operators, currency signs, and box-drawing characters. You can copy and paste them into most apps and websites.
Common use cases
- Document formatting: bullets, separators, punctuation, and box drawing
- Social media: emoji and decorative symbols to enrich expression
- Coding & writing: math/currency symbols, Greek letters, IPA
- Tables & lists: line-drawing characters, numbered symbols, arrows
How to use
- Type keywords (or a symbol) in the search box
- Click any symbol to copy it
- Recently used symbols are saved for quick access
- Use the Clear button to remove the recent list when needed
Tips
- A few characters may render differently depending on system fonts
- Some platforms may replace emoji styles with their own
- If copy fails, try another browser or use HTTPS
Privacy
Everything runs locally in your browser. The recent list is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never uploaded.
