Overview
The Video Cutter trims video clips locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded to a server, making it useful for cutting course recordings, meeting videos, social clips, and editing previews.
Supported Formats
- Input formats: common video files, including MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WEBM, M4V, FLV, WMV, MPEG, and 3GP.
- Output formats: MP4, MOV, and AVI.
- Cutting mode: set start and end time, then export the selected segment.
- Quality options: high, medium, and low.
Use Cases
- Cut key segments from course recordings or meeting videos.
- Prepare short video clips for editing, social publishing, or asset organization.
- Preview and export a target range before uploading or sharing.
- Process private videos locally without sending them to third-party services.
Notes
- The first run loads the local FFmpeg WebAssembly files, which may take time.
- Video cutting can use significant CPU and memory, especially for large files on mobile devices.
- If cutting fails, try a shorter range, lower quality, or another output format.
